This interpretation is final and binding on all parties using the u8asia platform. In any case of doubt regarding the meaning of any term, u8asia's decision shall be final.

Member Eligibility

To register for and use u8asia's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
  • Registering under your own real name — not on behalf of another person or using a false identity.
  • Hold a valid Malaysian bank account or digital wallet in your own name for deposit and withdrawal purposes.
  • Not be on any active self-exclusion list processed by u8asia or any relevant authority.
  • Not accessing the u8asia platform from any region or jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited under local law.
u8asia reserves the right to request identity verification documents (MyKad or passport) at any time to confirm a member's eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Registration

  • One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on u8asia. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.
  • Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, mobile number, and date of birth.
  • Password security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. u8asia will not be held liable for any losses arising from your account being accessed by another party due to your own negligence.

  • Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from another person's account will not be accepted and will be returned.

Section 05

Withdrawal of Funds

Withdrawals from your u8asia account are subject to the following conditions, which are in place to protect all members from fraud and to ensure regulatory compliance:

  • Minimum withdrawal limit: RM50 per withdrawal transaction.
  • Withdrawal to original deposit method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, until the full original deposit amount has been met.
  • KYC Verification: Withdrawals exceeding certain limits require full identity verification (KYC). Please ensure the requested documents are submitted to avoid any delays.
  • Processing time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Withdrawals requiring additional verification may take up to 24 hours on business days.

Betting Rules

Betting on u8asia covers live sports, e-sports, virtual sports, and a wide range of other markets. The following general rules apply to all bet types:

  • Minimum bet: RM10 for most markets. Certain markets may have different minimum limits as indicated on the odds page.
  • Maximum bet: Maximum limits vary by sport, league, and match significance. These limits are subject to change based on market conditions and u8asia's discretion.
  • Confirmed bets are final: Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it cannot be amended or cancelled. Please review your bet slip carefully before final confirmation.
  • Match postponed or cancelled: If a match is not concluded within 72 hours of its original start time, all related bets will be fully refunded to the member's account.
  • Odds error: In cases where odds are displayed due to a clear technical error, u8asia reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amount to the member.
  • Match manipulation: Bets suspected of being linked to match-fixing or the use of insider information will be investigated and may result in the voiding of winnings and account closure.

Casino Games

The u8asia casino section covers Live Casino, slots, table games, and other games. The following rules apply to all casino games:

  • All slots and table games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) engine certified by independent third-party auditors, ensuring every game outcome is truly random and fair.
  • For Live Casino, all game sessions are conducted by real dealers and fully recorded. These recordings can be accessed for investigation purposes in the event of a dispute.
  • The stated Return to Player (RTP) rate for each slots game is a long-term average and does not guarantee outcomes for any individual session.

Inactive Account

A u8asia account that shows no login or betting activity within the specified period will be classified as "inactive" and subject to the following policy:

  • After 90 days of inactivity: The account will be flagged as inactive. No further action will be taken, but an email notification will be sent to the member.
  • After 180 days of inactivity: An inactive account maintenance fee of RM10 per month will be charged until the account balance reaches zero or the account becomes active again.
  • After 365 days of inactivity: u8asia reserves the right to close an account and transfer any remaining balance in accordance with established procedures. Members may claim their balance by contacting support and completing the identity verification process.

To avoid this fee, simply log in to your account once every 90 days. There's no need to make a deposit or place a bet — a single login is all it takes to keep your account active.

Section 10

Account Closure & Suspension

U8asia reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Holding more than one account simultaneously.
  • Use of false identity information or third-party information during registration.
  • Attempting to defraud the platform, manipulate odds, or exploit technical errors in an unauthorised manner.
  • Involvement in money laundering or any other illegal activity.
  • Collusion between members to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting.
  • The use of automated software (bots) or any unauthorised method to automate activities on the platform.
  • Violation of any condition set out in this Terms & Conditions document.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting u8asia support. Any eligible balance will be returned once the identity verification process is complete and there are no outstanding active bets.
